Enio is Going to be Thrown in Jail !

Yes, it’s true!  Enio Cordoba is going to be locked-up voluntarily at Charlie’s Trio on Thursday, November 7th at 2:00pm for “Jerry’s Kids.”  He must raise $1000 or they won’t let him out!  Question is….. Do we want to keep him in there are do we want to help him out?!  Terryl is starting a pool for all those who would like to keep him locked up in jail and Enio is starting a pool for all those who want to help him get out.

All the money raised will go to help the lives of those affected by muscular dystrophy.  The money will go to provide clinic services, support groups, summer camp, research grants and so much more.

So if you want to help keep the streets of Alhambra safe by keeping Enio locked up or if you would like to set him free then be sure to submit your donation to the front desk of Let’s Dance L.A.

Donations can also be mailed to 216 East Main Street, Alhambra, CA  91801.  Please make checks payable to MDA.  Thank you for your support!

Let’s Dance L.A. Couples take two 1st Place Titles at the Golden State Challenge

This weekend at The Golden State Challenge in Newport Beach we are proud to announce that our very own Hector Llamas and Wendi Mangiagli took 1st place in the Pre-Champion category in the International Amateur Latin Division.  As you may have seen at the studio, Hector and Wendi have been working very hard together for the last three months.  This competition was their first time gracing the competition floor together and we are very please to see their hard work and love of dance pay off.

Also, out of our studio, Michelle Hafle and Kevin Lemieux walked away with the first place title of the Novice category in the International Amateur Latin Division after only being partnered together for a month.

We are very proud of our couples and hope you will support them at the next local competition on November 2, 2002 at the Los Angeles Airport Hilton Hotel.
